Objectives

Designed to cover many aspects of the treatment, prevention and outcome of stroke and cerebrovascular diseases. The presenters are clinical experts in the areas of neurology/stroke, neuro-interventional radiology, neurosurgery and vascular surgery.

As a result of attending this course, the participant should be able to:
  • Describe the appropriate use of stroke therapies and management of care
  • Summarize the steps necessary to improve hospital care of stroke patients
  • Identify, evaluate and treat common neurological disorders
  • Develop simple tools to implement in practice to improve physician communication with the patient

The 2017 Neuroscience Symposium welcomes exhibitor participation at this activity. This annual conference can include a registration attendance of up to 200 primary care physicians, family practitioners, internal medicine physicians as well as other allied healthcare professionals.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Walk-in registrations are accepted, but we cannot guarantee seating or conference materials the day of the conference. Onsite registration will incur an additional $50 fee.

Refunds (minus $100 administration fee) will be provided to registrants who cancel their registration in writing prior to June 16, 2017. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after June 16, 2017.

The conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses.
